Will of Sarah Crabtree - 23 Aug 1882 Original Will, on file in Raleigh, NC Archives CR 073.801 In the name of God Amen. I Sarah Crab- tree relic of the last Henry Crabtree, "of Arch" being in sound Mind; but Knowing the un- certainty of Human life do now & in this in- strument make & constitute that my last Will & Testament, viz: That after payment of a decent burial Expense & all other lawful debts: I give & bequeath unto my beloved Daughter Hannah Maria Crabtree all my household & Kitchen Furniture - beds - bedding & clothing to have & to hold as her own - And unto her the said Maria & her husband Wm Franklin Crabtree, I give all my stock of hogs - sheep & horse. - Bees - And Farming tools & wagon also one side-saddle to have & to hold as their own - I hereby constitute & appoint my Friend Wm Neal, son of Henry Neal to be by lawful Ex- ecutor, to attend to & settle my Estate ac- cording to Law.
